Contract Terms
We don’t force your hand with long-term tenancy requirements. At Placer RV Storage, tenancy operates month-to-month for as long as you decide to stick with us. First and last month’s rent are due at signing, and we require a 30-day written notice of departure before your month-to-month tenancy officially terminates.
